Reservations

Once we receive your booking request, we will process it and send you a detailed quote by email with all relevant information.

When your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a final overview of your stay, which will also serves as your invoice.

Payment

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. This deposit can only be refundable if you suscribed to a cancellation insurance.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival, or settled directly at the hotel upon check-in.

At the hotel, we accept cash and credit card payments.

Insurance

For peace of mind, we offer an optional cancellation insurance at €16 per person.

Cancellation

If you have subscribed to a cancellation insurance and need to cancel your stay, cancellation fees will apply depending on the date of cancellation (from 25% up to 100% of the total stay amount). Without cancellation insurance, no refund can be granted in case of cancellation.
